Trust & Safety Specialist
Keep Galleria Art safe and fair: review content, handle reports, takedowns and appeals.
About the role
Galleria Art is home to artists and art lovers from around the world. You will protect that community: reviewing reported content, handling copyright takedowns and appeals, applying our community guidelines consistently, and helping improve the tools and policies behind them.
What you will do
- Review reported artworks, profiles and comments against our guidelines
- Process copyright (DMCA) notices, counter-notices and appeals
- Respond to abuse reports and escalate urgent cases
- Spot patterns of abuse and propose policy or product changes
- Keep clear, consistent records of moderation decisions
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in content moderation, trust & safety or a similar role
- Sound judgment and the ability to stay consistent under pressure
- Basic understanding of copyright and intellectual property
- Fluent written English
Nice to have
- Experience with art or creative communities
- Additional languages
- Experience with moderation tooling
