Help our users with accounts, subscriptions and everything in between.
O ulozi
You will be the first person our users talk to when they need help. You will answer questions about accounts, subscriptions and billing across the App Store, Google Play and the web, solve problems quickly and kindly, and turn recurring issues into product improvements.

- Answer user requests by email and in-app channels
- Help with accounts, subscriptions, billing and refunds
- Reproduce and escalate bugs to engineering
- Write and maintain help center articles
- Track recurring issues and share insights with the team
Što tražimo
- 1+ year in customer support, ideally for apps or subscriptions
- Excellent written English
- Patience, empathy and clear communication
- Comfort with support tools and learning new products quickly
Prednost
- Portuguese or Spanish
- Experience with App Store and Google Play subscription support
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
