Marketing & Growth Lead

You will lead how people discover and fall in love with Pllay products. From positioning and campaigns to app store optimization and paid acquisition, you will set the strategy, measure what works and guide the marketing team.

• Define marketing strategy, positioning and launch plans
• Own app store optimization for our iOS and Android apps
• Plan and run paid acquisition and content campaigns
• Set goals, track funnels and report on growth
• Lead and mentor the marketing team

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ရှာဖွေနေသည့်အရာများ

• 6+ years in marketing, including 2+ years leading growth for apps or digital products
• Hands-on experience with app store optimization and paid channels
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
• Excellent written English

ရှိလျှင် ပိုကောင်း

• Experience marketing music, art or creator products
• Experience with international or multi-language campaigns
• Portuguese or Spanish
