You will help Pllay understand what works. You will define and track the metrics behind our products, from retention and subscriptions to the quality of our AI features, build dashboards the team actually uses, and answer the questions that shape our roadmap.

• Define product, growth and subscription metrics
• Build dashboards and recurring reports
• Analyze retention, conversion and engagement
• Help measure the quality of AI features
• Run and analyze experiments with product and marketing

ଆମେ କ’ଣ ଖୋଜୁଛୁ

• 3+ years in data or product analytics
• Strong SQL
• Experience with a BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Power BI or similar)
• Clear communication of findings to non-technical people

ଥିଲେ ଭଲ

• Python for analysis
• Experience with subscription businesses
• Experience with experiment design
